Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.

  3. Drain the fruit.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  5. Mix the quark with the sugar, egg yolk and vanilla pudding powder (don`t worry, there won`t be any lumps). Then fold in the egg whites.
