- 1 packet puff pastry, frozen
- 300 g quark, lean
- 0.5 ½ pack pudding powder, vanilla
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 can apricot (s) or tangerines
- possibly liqueur, (apricot liqueur)
- powdered sugar
- 1 egg (s), separated

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
- Take the puff pastry out of the package, place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and cut parts in half so that you have 12 puff pastry squares.
- Drain the fruit.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix the quark with the sugar, egg yolk and vanilla pudding powder (don`t worry, there won`t be any lumps). Then fold in the egg whites.
- You can put the mixture on the squares with a piping bag, or if you have to go very quickly, you can do it with a spoon. Put 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each of the squares.
- Then place an apricot on top and bake at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes. The particles should be golden yellow.
- After cooling, dust with icing sugar or glaze. Depending on your taste.
- If you want, you can add a dash of apricot liqueur to the curd mixture.
