- 300 grams flour
- 250 g quark
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 200 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- some spice mix, for pizza
- 100 g salami, diced
- 100 g cooked ham, diced
- 100 g Gouda cheese, rated
- 1 onion (s)

- Knead all ingredients together well by hand. Warning: very sticky, but that`s normal.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and, using 2 tablespoons, add heaps of dough. Wet your hands again and again and use it to flatten the particles and bring them into shape.
- Preheat the oven to 250 ° C, then turn it down to approx. 200 ° C. Bake the pizza pieces for 20-30 minutes until golden.
