- 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
- 1 small Can sauerkraut
- 4 slices ham, cooked
- 50 ml cream
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper

- Place the frozen puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and allow to thaw. Cut the thawed plates into squares.
- Next, dice the boiled ham and mix with the sauerkraut, grated cheese, cream, chopped parsley, egg and salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture over the puff pastry squares and press the corners of the puff pastry together to make small pockets.
- Then bake the bags in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes until they turn golden yellow.
