Dissolve the dry yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in the remaining ingredients - this results in a rather mushy mass. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish or jug. Let rise for 10 minutes. Cook in the microwave for 8 minutes at 600 watts. I then let everything follow suit for another 5 minutes, but that is not absolutely necessary. The bread has no crust because of the rather unusual preparation.
