Instructions

1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry together with the minced meat in a pan. Then transfer to a baking dish.
2. Leave the ham in the pan and then add the sauerkraut and the chilli or gypsy sauce. Let everything simmer a little, then also put in the baking dish.
3. Mix together the cream, sour cream and the spices and pour over the casserole. Baked in the oven for approx. 15 min at 200 ° C (fan oven).
