Ingredients
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 1 packet ham, low-fat, diced
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 bottle chilli sauce, or gypsy sauce
- 2 cups cream or Cremefine for cooking
- 1 cup sour cream or crème légère
- 1 medium onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry together with the minced meat in a pan. Then transfer to a baking dish.
- Leave the ham in the pan and then add the sauerkraut and the chilli or gypsy sauce. Let everything simmer a little, then also put in the baking dish.
- Mix together the cream, sour cream and the spices and pour over the casserole. Baked in the oven for approx. 15 min at 200 ° C (fan oven).
- Homemade mashed potatoes go well with it.
