Ingredients
For the dough:
- 150 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- Butter for the baking sheet
For the sprinkles:
- 350 g flour
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 250 g butter
For the cast:
- 0.25 liter ¼ sweet cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Beat the butter until frothy. Add sugar and eggs. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve and add little by little. Spread the dough on a baking sheet greased with butter.
- Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Knead the butter piece by piece until the crumble is the desired size. Spread the crumble on the dough.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (gas level 3, fan oven 180 °) for about 25 minutes.
- At the end of the baking time, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Mix the cream with the sugar and pour it over the cake.
- Even after a few days it still tastes freshly baked.
