Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 85 grams sugar
- 2 packs dry yeast
- 125 ml milk (whole milk), lukewarm
- 100 g mararine
- 2 egg (s) (free range eggs)
- g 1,200 plums or plums
For the sprinkles:
- 85 g mararine
- 175 g flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 85 grams sugar

- For the yeast dough, combine the flour with sugar, dry yeast, margarine, milk and eggs in a large bowl to form a dough. If this is nice and compact, it has to go in a warm place (I always put it in the oven at 50 ° C) for about 45 minutes.
