Ingredients
- 4 egg (s), separated
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g butter
- 70 g powdered suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 220 g flour
- 10 g bakin powder
- 60 ml egg liqueur
- 500 g plums
For the sprinkles:
- 120 g flour
- 75 g butter, melt
- 70 grams sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon

- Halve and core the plums.
- Beat the egg whites with the granulated sugar and salt until stiff.
- Soft butter with icing sugar and van. Mix the sugar well, then stir together with the egg yolks until creamy.
- Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder with the egg liqueur and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Spread the dough in a square springform pan and cover with the plums, spread the crumble over the top, bake at 160 ° for about 30 minutes.
