Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Warm milk. Add the remaining dough ingredients to the lukewarm milk and dissolve in it. Pour into the flour trough. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
  2. Knead the dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer or with your hands. Cover and let rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the pudding with eggs and milk according to the instructions on the package, allow to cool. Stir the quark into the pudding. Clean, wash, pat dry, cut in half and stone the plums.
  4. Knead the dough again and place on a greased tray (40 cm). Spread the pudding on top, cover with plums.
  5. Crumble all the crumble ingredients and crumble over the cake.
  6. Bake in the hot oven for 50-60 minutes. (Electric stove: 200 ° C, convection: 180 ° C, gas: level 3)
  7. Tip:
  8. I always use a lot more cinnamon for the breadcrumbs. I also still sprinkle sliced almonds over the plums.
