Instructions

  1. Put the ground beef in a bowl, then chop the lamb tail into small pieces.
  2. Peel and grate the onion and garlic. Add salt, plenty of pepper, the paprika powder, chilli powder, paprika pulp and knead everything thoroughly.
  3. Let it rest for a few hours, it is better to do the preparation a day in advance, then it tastes much better.
  4. Preheat the grill.
  5. Divide the meat into small balls so that it fits on metal skewers, 12-15 cm long.
  6. Brush the grill grate lightly with the oil and grill the skewers for 5-8 minutes on each side.
