Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 100 g lamb, (tail)
  • 4 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, (noble sweet, mild)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika pulp
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Put the minced beef in a bowl. Finely chop the lamb tail into small pieces and add to the bowl.
  2. Peel and grate the onions and garlic. Add to the meat mixture along with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, and 1 tablespoon paprika pulp. Mix thoroughly by kneading until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight, for the best flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Divide the chilled meat mixture into portions and mold each onto a metal skewer, making each kebab about 12-15 cm long.
  6. Lightly brush the grill grate with oil. Grill the skewers for 5-8 minutes on each side over medium-high heat, until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F).
