Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 g pork belly, smoked, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon chilli salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic cloves very finely or cut them very finely in the multi-chopper and mix with the minced meat. Add the spices and egg, knead well and let the meat dough stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Shape the meat dough into 5 rolls about 15 cm long and 3 cm in diameter and wrap thinly with the bacon. Place the rolls on soaked wooden skewers and grill them over low heat so that they are not burned on the outside and still raw on the inside.
  3. Ajvar or tzatziki and chopped onions, if you like, go well with it.
