Ingredients

  • 5 large bell pepper (s)
  • 4 large onion (s)
  • g 1,500 pork, diced
  • 1 cube broth
  • 1 bottle tomato ketchup, small
  • 2 cl brandy
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Fat, for frying
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. First I put peppers, onions and meat diced on skewers. I then sear them in a little fat on all sides. Season with pepper, salt and paprika. When everything is well seared, I add water and add the stock cube. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then add the ketchup and the brandy. Let everything simmer on a low heat.
  2. I let it simmer for about an hour, then the meat is nice and tender but the vegetables are pretty soft. Depending on how you want it, you can certainly get by with less cooking time. This goes well with rice, salad or fries and bread.
