Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s), chopped
  • 0.5 kg ½ pork, sliced
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 can tomato paste (40 g)
  • 2 bottles sauce (brown shish kebab sauce, 50 ml each)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Put the meat with the onions in a pan, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fry well, stew for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut one yellow, one green and one red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces, add to the meat and stew for another 15 minutes. Then put the meat in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix the shish kebab sauce with the tomato paste, cream and milk. Pour the mixture over the meat. Cut the last red pepper into smaller pieces and place on the casserole with the skin facing up.
  4. Cook at 180 ° C for 30 minutes. I recommend rice, baguette and a refreshing leaf salad.
