Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork neck
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 7 peppercorns
  • 3 lemon (s)
  • 150 ml mineral water
  • 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
  • 2 cl vodka
  • 500 g onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork neck into cubes and put in a suitable saucepan. Peel the onions, cut into rings and add to them. Halve the lemons and squeeze them out, then cut the squeezed out pieces into slices and add them to the pan. Add enough mineral water to almost cover the meat. Add vodka, bay leaves and peppercorns, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything carefully and let it steep for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Get on the skewers and grill!
  3. The onions should be eaten with the meat, it is also very tasty if you put them on aluminum foil and grill them too.
  4. You can also leave out the vodka.
  5. Rice and salad go very well with this.
