  • 500g flour
  • 2 egg (s)

  • nutmeg
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the eggs, spices and enough water with a wooden spoon so that the dough falls from the spoon and is tough.
  2. Bring water to a boil. Pour the dough into the hot water in portions with a spoon, put the plate down, the water should not continue to boil. If the Mehlknäpp swim to the top after about 10 minutes, they are good. Drain, transfer to a bowl and keep warm.
