Ingredients

  • 1 kg poultry (turkey or chicken)
  • salt

For the marinade:

  • 1 lemon (s), juice and grated zest
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped with cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped ginger powder
  • ground a few threads saffron or a jar
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 4 garlic clove (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the marinade together.
  2. Cut the meat into cubes of 2-3 cm. Put in a bowl and season well with salt. Mix with the marinade and let it steep for at least 8 hours.
  3. Put the meat cubes on skewers and grill on the charcoal grill for about 10 - 12 minutes, turning several times.
  4. But if you can of course use the oven grill, then adjust the grilling time.
