Ingredients

  • 50 g fat
  • 500 g minced meat, (beef)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in hot fat. Add tomato paste and brown. Finely chop the onions, wash, peel and core the apple and cut into cubes with the pitted, washed bell pepper. Add to the minced meat with the spices and cook for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with horseradish before serving.
  2. There is also rice.
