Ingredients

  • 250 g carrot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • cumin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • olives

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, cut into pieces and cook until tender. Puree the soft carrots. Crush a clove of garlic and mix with the carrots. Season with a little cumin, salt and pepper. Finally stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Chill the puree in the refrigerator.
  3. Olives can be added if desired.
