Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef goulash
  • 1 kg ground meat, seasoned
  • 5 onion (s)
  • 2 cans peach (s), one without juice
  • 1 bottle curry ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • possibly salt

Instructions

  1. Fry the goulash with onions. Shape the meat into small balls and fry, then transfer to a large saucepan.
  2. Quarter the peaches. Mix the sambal olek with the juice and layer everything on the meat. Pour ketchup over it, put on the lid and put everything in the oven for 2.5 hours at 200 degrees without stirring. Only then fold in everything.
