Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef goulash and 5 onions. Fry until the goulash is browned.
Shape the ground meat into small balls. In another skillet, fry the balls over medium-high heat until cooked through (71 °C / 160 °F). Transfer to a large saucepan.
Quarter the peaches.
Mix 1 teaspoon sambal oelek with the peach juice. Layer the quartered peaches and this mixture on the meat in the saucepan.
Pour the curry ketchup over everything. Cover with a lid and place in a preheated oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for 2.5 hours without stirring.
Remove from the oven and fold in all ingredients. Season with salt if needed.
