Instructions

  1. Water, coffee, a little cardamom powder, a touch of nutmeg in a metal pan - or even better in a copper pan, stir well and carefully bring to the boil over a low heat. A foam should be able to form. As soon as this is the case, the coffee is distributed into the preheated mocha cups.
  2. Particularly digestible after a large meal.
