Instructions

  1. Bring 900 ml milk with the chocolate, vanilla sugar and gingerbread spice to the boil. Mix the cornstarch with 100 ml milk and stir into the hot chocolate milk with a whisk.
  2. Divide into eight bowls, let cool and garnish with, for example, crumbled speculoos and various fruits.
