- 1 liter milk, .5%
- 100 g chocolate, whole milk or dark chocolate
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ gingerbread spice
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 60 g cornstarch

- Bring 900 ml milk with the chocolate, vanilla sugar and gingerbread spice to the boil. Mix the cornstarch with 100 ml milk and stir into the hot chocolate milk with a whisk.
- Divide into eight bowls, let cool and garnish with, for example, crumbled speculoos and various fruits.
