  • a bit salt
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ almond (s), ground
  • 1 pinch (s) clove powder
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 3 tablespoon mulled wine
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Work the ingredients into a dough, roll out 2-3 cm thick and cut out circles 8 cm in diameter.
  2. Score bread rolls crosswise, place on a prepared tray and bake in a preheated oven at 225 degrees for 15 minutes.
