  1. Fold the chocolate chips (chopped chocolate) into the bowl of a blender or food processor and add the powdered sugar. Pulse until fine chocolate chips form.
  2. Pour milk and butter into a small saucepan. Place a saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil (the butter should completely melt). Pour the milk mixture into a chocolate blender and pulse until a smooth chocolate mass is formed.
  3. Put the chocolate pudding into serving bowls, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate chips (optional).
