  • 1 small Glass applesauce
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 ½ pack baking powder

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil, then gradually stir in the hazelnuts, cocoa, cinnamon, gingerbread spices and applesauce. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in briefly.
  2. Grease a 26 springform pan, fill in the dough and bake at 180 ° C for about an hour!
