Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone with the quark. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork and mix with the cream, season with cinnamon.
2. Crumble the amarettini. Pour part of the cream into 3 glasses, put the amarettini on top, drizzle with the amaretto, and put the rest of the cream on top. Finally, pour a layer of Amarettini into the glasses.
3. Serve chilled and cold for 2 hours.
