Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark, lean
- 2 ripe banana (s)
- 1 packet biscuit (s), Amarettini
- Amaretto to drizzle with
- cinnamon

- Mix the mascarpone with the quark. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork and mix with the cream, season with cinnamon.
- Crumble the amarettini. Pour part of the cream into 3 glasses, put the amarettini on top, drizzle with the amaretto, and put the rest of the cream on top. Finally, pour a layer of Amarettini into the glasses.
- Serve chilled and cold for 2 hours.
