• 500 ml juice, (sweetened elderberry juice)
• 500 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy and sweetened

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

• 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 15 g citric acid

Instructions

1. Total time: 25 minutes
2. Put all the above ingredients in a saucepan, stir and dissolve the preserving sugar. Then cook for 4 minutes according to the instructions and immediately pour into cleaned, hot twist-off jars and close tightly.
3. The jelly is also well suited for Christmas baking for corresponding cookies, like the rascals in my profile, made from shortcrust pastry.
