Ingredients
- 500 ml juice, (sweetened elderberry juice)
- 500 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy and sweetened
- 1 lemon (s), untreated, the juice and the zest
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 pinch clove (s), ground
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 15 g citric acid

- Total time: 25 minutes
- Put all the above ingredients in a saucepan, stir and dissolve the preserving sugar. Then cook for 4 minutes according to the instructions and immediately pour into cleaned, hot twist-off jars and close tightly.
- The jelly is also well suited for Christmas baking for corresponding cookies, like the rascals in my profile, made from shortcrust pastry.
