Knead the ingredients for the dough. Shape the dough into 6 equal-sized rolls that are long enough to fit across the baking sheet. Place 3 rolls each on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper). Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven).
In the meantime, stir the ingredients for the topping. Immediately after baking, spread the icing thickly onto the rolls. Cut into 2 cm wide strips while still warm and allow to cool.
