Ingredients
- 250 g butter or mararine
- 250 grams sugar
- 500 g spelled flour, type 630 or wheat flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g almond (s), round
- 100 g nuts, round
- 50 g orane peel, round
- 100 g lemon peel, round
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch clove powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
For the cast:
- 200 g powdered suar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Water, warm

- Knead the ingredients for the dough. Shape the dough into 6 equal-sized rolls that are long enough to fit across the baking sheet. Place 3 rolls each on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper). Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven).
- In the meantime, stir the ingredients for the topping. Immediately after baking, spread the icing thickly onto the rolls. Cut into 2 cm wide strips while still warm and allow to cool.
- You can vary the ingredients: nuts, almonds, lemon peel, orange peel. I just took the leftovers that left me after baking cookies.
