- 750 g apples
- 200 g suar
- 250 g sultanas
- 125 g almond (s), rouhly chopped
- 1 teaspoon schnapps (fruit schnapps)
- some ground cinnamon
- Clove (s), ground
- 500g flour
- 1 ½ pack baking powder
- Fat for the molds

- Peel and roughly grate the apples. Crack in the complete amount of sugar and let it steep for a few hours.
