Instructions

  1. Mix the soft butter with a hand mixer, gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa, sift and stir in. Then add milk and peppermint oil. Depending on the consistency of the dough, you may have to add a little milk.
  2. Pour the dough into a piping bag and inject rings about 3 cm in diameter or twist balls and press them a little flat and place them on trays.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes, leave to cool.
  4. Mix powdered sugar with water and peppermint oil and decorate the cold cookies.
  5. Depending on how big you make the balls they have about 1 PP per piece.
