Instructions
Mix the soy milk with 100 ml of oil for about 1 minute on the highest setting. Run the mixer and slowly add the remaining 100 ml of oil. Now add the other ingredients as well.
Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Goes well with baguette, raclette or grilled.
