First of all, turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees. Drive the eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar and beat with a mixer or whisk until smooth.
Add sour cream and soda, after extinguishing it. While continuing to beat, add the sifted flour in small portions. The dough should be airy.
Cover the heat-resistant form with parchment and brush with a little butter. Wash, dry the apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Arrange in an even layer.
Gently pour the dough over the top. It shouldn’t be too cool.
Now the cake can be sent to the preheated oven.
After 45-55 minutes it will brown and completely baked.
Cool before serving and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
