Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Wash and finely chop the coriander leaves. Cut the chilli peppers into fine rings (or use a mortar if dry). Mix together with a little vinegar, lemon juice and a little oil.
  2. Tastes wonderful with briefly fried meat and especially with grilled meat.
