- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 bunch coriander greens
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), possibly also dried
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- some vinegar
- little oil

- Dice the tomatoes. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Wash and finely chop the coriander leaves. Cut the chilli peppers into fine rings (or use a mortar if dry). Mix together with a little vinegar, lemon juice and a little oil.
- Tastes wonderful with briefly fried meat and especially with grilled meat.
