- I learned on vacation in Colombia that rice can taste much more aromatic and interesting than it normally is with us.
- Cook the rice with a little salt in the water, and add the finely chopped spring onions, very finely diced carrots and finely diced potatoes to the boil from the beginning - the rice gains a lot of flavor and it also looks very nice.
