- g 1,500 minced meat
- 3 large onion (s)
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 medium carrot (s)
- 15 mushrooms
- 4 tablespoon flour
- salt
- pepper
- Caraway seed
- 3 cubes broth
- g 2,000 potato (s)
- milk
- 3 cloves garlic

- Chop the onion and sweat it in a little oil, briefly toast the garlic and carrots cut into small slices, add the minced meat and the sliced mushrooms. Roast everything until the minced meat is through. Dust with 4 tablespoons of flour, season with stock cube, salt, pepper and caraway seeds and pour hot water over it so that it has a creamy consistency, simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Prepare mashed potatoes from the 2 kg of potatoes, milk, salt, pepper, caraway seeds and crushed garlic
- Fill the minced meat mixture into a suitable casserole dish, spread the mashed potatoes over it and bake in the preheated oven for 20 - 30 minutes until the mashed potatoes have clearly taken on color.
