Ingredients

  • g 1,000 bell pepper (s), reen, yellow, red, white
  • 5 large tomato (s)
  • 1 large onion (s), (or 2 smaller ones)
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, mild
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ paprika, hot
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cans tomato (s), 400 ml each, diced with herbs
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

  1. Remove the paprika casing, then dice it (not too small), remove the tomato stalk and also dice it, fry the finely chopped onion in butter until golden yellow, then add the paprika and tomato cubes, also chopped garlic, pour water on top and add the tomatoes from the cans. Stir in the paprika powder, add sugar, salt and pepper (if necessary, add more seasoning after boiling), bring to the boil and then simmer for about 25 minutes on a low heat, stir frequently
