Ingredients
- 250 g beef, boiled or fried
- 100 g pickled cucumber (s)
- 2 onions)
- 100 g Letscho
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 hard-boiled egg (s)
- Pinch (s) salt and pepper

- Cut the beef, pickles and onions into cubes. Add the chopped letcho.
- Prepare a sauce from the oil, vinegar or lemon juice, tomato paste, parsley, salt and pepper (depending on your taste) and then mix with the other ingredients.
- Let the lettuce steep for a few hours until you are ready to eat it.
