Instructions

  1. Cut the beef, pickles and onions into cubes. Add the chopped letcho.
  2. Prepare a sauce from the oil, vinegar or lemon juice, tomato paste, parsley, salt and pepper (depending on your taste) and then mix with the other ingredients.
  3. Let the lettuce steep for a few hours until you are ready to eat it.
