Ingredients

  • 250 g turkey breast or turkey schnitzel, diced
  • 2 slices Leberkäse, Bavarian, finely diced
  • 1 glass Letscho
  • 1 glass asparagus (pieces)
  • 1 can mushrooms, 3rd choice
  • 6 pickled cucumber (s), diced
  • 0.5 ½ pack peas, frozen
  • 1 medium onion (s), diced
  • some pepper
  • some paprika, hot
  • a bit salt
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat and pat dry well. Dice into pieces. Also dice the Leberkäse.
  2. Clean and dice the onion.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan and first fry the onion until translucent. Add the meat and sausage and fry everything well. Season a little with pepper.
  4. Add the letscho, asparagus, peas, cucumber and mushrooms. If there are leftovers in a ketchup bottle, you can add them diluted with a little water. Let everything simmer and season well. Season to taste with a little cucumber water.
