Ingredients

  • 150 ml egg liqueur
  • 300 ml coffee, cooked (espresso), hotter
  • 150 ml milk, warm, frothed
  • 50 ml milk, hot
  • sugar
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Divide the egg liqueur between 2 glasses. Pour the hot espresso on top and round off with hot milk and warm milk foam. If you do this carefully, you will get a very interesting color composition in the glass.
  2. If desired, it can be sweetened with sugar and dusted with cocoa powder.
