Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 250 g quark, 20 or 40%
  • 150 g yourt 3.5% (1 small cup)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s), grated (1/4 to 1/5)
  • 1 dash olive oil, (2-3 tablespoons)
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. So, even if there are already many tzatziki recipes here, my tzatziki still tastes best (and is also not as powerful as with cream quark, etc.):
  2. Mix the cream cheese, quark and yoghurt well with a whisk until you get a uniform mixture. Mix in the grated snake cucumber with the finely chopped or better grated garlic cloves and season with pepper and a little salt. Smooth with a dash of olive oil and put in a cool place.
  3. Serve with fresh onion baguette.
