Ingredients
- 6 medium potato (s)
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 can corn without water
- 1 tablespoon margarine, sour cream
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 150 g cheese, rated
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 ml milk

- Cook the potatoes until soft. Process into puree with margarine, sour cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, fry the chopped garlic and onion until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Season with paprika powder.
- In a baking dish, layer the mashed potatoes, corn, minced meat and cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- This goes well with green salad, white bread and a beer.
